Refund Policy
Hey there! Thanks so much for supporting my small business — we truly appreciate it. Here’s how we handle refunds:
Custom Embroidered Items - all embroidered pieces are made to order and personalized just for you, which means:
No refunds or returns on embroidered items.
Once the machine starts, we can’t accept changes or cancellations.
BUT — we do our absolute best to make sure you love what you’re getting:
• We send mock-ups or proofs before we start stitching. (for customs ONLY)
• We communicate clearly throughout the process.
Turnaround Time Policy
All of our items are handmade with care — and that takes a little time!
Our turnaround time is 2–3 weeks.
This timeline starts from the Sunday following the day your order is placed. We batch our production weekly, so orders placed anytime during the week (Monday–Saturday) will officially begin processing that coming Sunday.
Local Pickup Policy
We offer local pickup in Madisonville, KY for your convenience!
• The pickup location and the exact address will be provided once your order is complete. • Once contacted you may pick up anytime at your convenience!
